Donn Casale is President, CEO, and Director of ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He holds more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical leadership experience spanning commercial strategy, product launches, organizational development, and growth execution. 

Prior to joining, Mr. Casale served as Chief Commercial Officer at Dynavax Technologies, where he built the U.S. commercial infrastructure and successfully scaled the hepatitis B vaccine HEPLISAV-B® from launch to more than $300 million in annualized revenue and over 50% U.S. market share. In his role, Mr. Casale was instrumental in engineering the transformative commercial strategy that positioned the company for its $2.2 billion acquisition by Sanofi in February 2026.

Before Dynavax, Mr. Casale held senior leadership positions in marketing and sales operations at Depomed, supporting the commercialization of GRALISE® and NUCYNTA®. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years at Merck in progressive roles across sales, marketing, and corporate strategy, contributing to the successful launches of ZOSTAVAX®, GARDASIL®, ROTATEQ®, and PROQUAD®.

Mr. Casale holds a B.A. in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
